1. Our Commitment to GDPR
At aidni.io, we take the security and privacy of your data seriously. We are committed to complying with the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) and providing you with transparency and control over your personal information.
2. Your Rights Under GDPR
If you are a resident of the European Economic Area (EEA), you have the following data protection rights:
- The right to access: You can request copies of your personal data.
- The right to rectification: You can request that we correct any information you believe is inaccurate.
- The right to erasure ("Right to be Forgotten"): You can request that we erase your personal data under certain conditions.
- The right to restrict processing: You can request that we restrict the processing of your personal data.
- The right to data portability: You can request that we transfer the data that we have collected to another organization, or directly to you.
3. Data Processing & LLMs
When you upload documents or connect data sources to aidni.io, we process this data to generate embeddings and provide conversational AI capabilities. We do not use your proprietary data to train public LLM models. All data sent to our AI providers (via OpenRouter) is used strictly for inference during your chat sessions and is not retained by them for model training purposes.
4. Sub-processors
To provide our services, we use industry-leading third-party sub-processors who are also GDPR compliant:
- Supabase: For secure database hosting, authentication, and file storage.
- OpenRouter / OpenAI: For generating embeddings and LLM completions.
- Resend: For transactional email delivery (e.g., password resets).
- Razorpay / Stripe: For secure payment processing.
