How does the 3-day free trial work?

When you sign up, you automatically receive 3 days of free chatbot access. You can upload files, test integrations, and customize settings. When the trial expires, you will need to subscribe to Starter or Unlimited to restore chatbot access.

Is my database or file data secure?

Yes. We do not store database passwords in plain text, and we run secure retrieval-augmented generation. Your data remains isolated to your user account and is never shared or used to train public LLM models.
