How are AES-256 encryption and bidirectional PII masking implemented?
Aidni uses authenticated AES-256-GCM encryption for all sensitive stored secrets (database credentials, API keys, OAuth tokens) and knowledge base vector partitions. Network traffic is strictly encrypted using TLS 1.3. Before prompt tokens leave our servers for LLM inference, our bidirectional PII engine automatically detects and redacts Credit Cards, SSNs, Aadhaar, PAN cards, phone numbers, and emails.
What is included in Enterprise VPC isolation and the 99.9% SLA?
Enterprise plans are provisioned within dedicated, isolated AWS VPC networks with dedicated database tunnels, private IP routing, and isolated pgvector clusters. Our 99.9% Uptime SLA is backed by contractual enterprise agreements with prorated service credits if uptime thresholds are not met.
What is the Enterprise Fair-Use Policy for messages and agents?
The Enterprise base tier includes a generous allowance of 50,000 conversational AI messages/month, custom agent fleets, 50,000+ WhatsApp broadcast recipients/month, and up to 100,000 bulk email campaign sends/month. Our Fair-Use Policy prevents automated scraping and resource monopolization while providing dedicated high-throughput burst capacity. Custom higher-volume tiers (100k+, 500k+, 1M+ messages/mo) are provisioned on demand.
Are there extra per-message charges for WhatsApp Broadcasts?
Aidni does not charge per-message fees for WhatsApp broadcasts. Aidni connects directly to your Meta WhatsApp Business Account (BYOK / Meta Cloud API). Meta provides 1,000 free service conversations each month, and marketing or utility conversations are billed directly to your payment card configured in Meta Business Manager at official Meta wholesale rates (approx. ₹0.80 to ₹0.90 per marketing message in India, or $0.05 in the US).
