AI model responses are generated by third-party LLMs. We are not liable for model hallucinations.

1. Acceptance of Terms

By creating an account on aidni.io, deploying our embedded script widget, or training a chatbot, you agree to comply with and be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, you must not use our software service.

2. Account Registration & Security

You must provide accurate and complete registration information. You are responsible for keeping your login credentials confidential and for all activities that occur under your account. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that provide false or misleading information.

3. Scraping & Data Upload Guidelines

Our ingestion pipelines allow you to crawl website URLs, parse PDFs, and transcribe YouTube videos. By providing these sources:

  • You guarantee that you own or have explicit legal permissions to scrape/extract knowledge from the source.
  • You agree not to bypass robots.txt or terms of service of third-party domains maliciously.
  • You accept full responsibility for any copyright issues arising from training data uploaded.

4. AI Generation Disclaimer & Safe Content

Chatbots on aidni.io process user input and context through third-party Generative AI models. As model outputs can sometimes contain inaccuracies or hallucinations, aidni.io makes no guarantees regarding the validity, accuracy, or suitability of chatbot replies.

You agree to enable moderation filters and to verify critical chatbot outputs where financial, legal, or medical advice could be inferred.

5. Service Modifications & Pricing

We reserve the right to modify or discontinue any part of the service, change subscription tiers, or alter features at any time. Active paid subscribers will be notified at least 30 days prior to any price adjustments.

6. Termination

We reserve the right to terminate or suspend access to our service immediately, without prior notice, if you breach these Terms of Service. Upon termination, your right to use the chatbot builder and embed scripts ceases immediately.
