1. General Policy
At aidni.io, we strive to ensure you are fully satisfied with our AI chatbot building platform. Because we offer a free trial period, we strongly encourage you to evaluate our tools and features before committing to a paid subscription.
2. Subscription Refunds
If you upgrade to a paid Starter or Unlimited plan and find that the platform does not meet your expectations, we offer a 14-day money-back guarantee on your first subscription payment.
To request a refund within this 14-day window, please email us at billing@aidni.io with your account email address. Refunds are processed back to the original payment method (via Razorpay or Stripe) and typically take 5-7 business days to appear on your statement.
3. Cancellations & Renewals
Subscriptions automatically renew on a monthly basis. You may cancel your subscription at any time via your Billing Dashboard.
- If you cancel, you will retain access to your paid features until the end of your current billing cycle.
- We do not provide prorated refunds for mid-month cancellations.
- After the billing cycle ends, your chatbots will be temporarily disabled until a new plan is selected.
Exceptions
We reserve the right to refuse refunds in cases of clear abuse of the platform, violation of our Terms of Service (e.g., using the platform for malicious purposes), or excessive API abuse.
